For financial transactions by credit card, TheKailashYatra uses a third-party secure payment gateway provided by ‘HDFC Bank Ltd’ and ‘Razorpay’. Credit card details are ‘not stored’ with TheKailashYatra. Instead, the information is securely stored and encrypted with your credit card bank (Visa/MasterCard).

The ‘Online Payment Gateway’ provided by us for our customers is fully PCI-DSS compliant. To transfer information between TheKailashYatra and credit card bank, we use a 128-bit SSL certificate powered by Dialect. This simply means when you make a transaction using our online payment gateway on our website, these details are securely stored within Dialect’s fully secure vaults. This ensures your information cannot be used by malicious third parties. TheKailashYatra and/or its employees cannot view the credit card’s secure information as Dialect truncates your credit card details.

CHILDREN

We do not suggest and allow persons below 18 years of age to become members of our website and other websites/social sites, if not permitted by law. By entering our websites and using our services, you confirm and warrant that you are an adult and authorized by law for such transactions/bookings.

NO GUARANTEES

TheKailashYatra will make all possible efforts to meet the policies mentioned on the website. However, we cannot guarantee these standards as there may be factors beyond our control. As a result, we disclaim any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or non-disclosure of data.

THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURE

At TheKailashYatra, we do not disclose your contact details to a third party, including future travelers or customers, without your prior permission for marketing purposes. However, for the needs of travelers, after receiving confirmation for their trip, we in some cases provide their contact numbers to insurance issuing agents who may assist travelers in providing required travel insurance for Kailash Mansarovar tour, and also with Forex providers from where you may buy your forex for traveling into China. However, TheKailashYatra does not warrant accuracy and correctness in their services before or after purchase. We strongly recommend and request that all travelers should use their own wisdom to take a decision on the same.
